Networking for Omaha Women in IT

At Networking for Omaha Women in IT (NowIT), we're more than just a networking group. We're a community of women who are passionate about tech and committed to making the industry a better, more inclusive place.
By coming together for our happy hours, we're creating a space where women in IT and IT adjacent careers can connect, support each other, and inspire change.
We meet quarterly at a local and woman-owned bar or restaurant for happy hour and a short presentation. Plus, we always highlight a non-profit that supports women!
The numbers don't lie: women are severely underrepresented in tech. Despite making up nearly half of the overall workforce, women only make up 25% of the technology industry! But we believe that by working together, we can change that.
Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where women feel empowered to join the field and make their voices heard.
